Terms of Service

Submitting an enquiry through this website is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we contact you, agree a schedule and receive payment.

Current hourly rates are shown on our website and managed by the school. Block bookings are payable in advance.

You must hold a valid provisional (or full) licence and meet the legal eyesight standard to take lessons in a driving school vehicle.

We may refuse or cancel a lesson where we reasonably believe safety or licensing requirements are not met.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

If we need to cancel, we will offer a rescheduled lesson or a full refund of the cancelled lesson.

Payments are collected by card, PayPal or bank transfer. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Unused prepaid hours from block bookings are refundable on request, less any single-lesson fees already used and any processing cost.

We advise on test readiness but the practical test is booked by you directly with the DVSA, at Manchester test centre or elsewhere. We cannot guarantee test pass outcomes.
