Clutch & Go Driving School Ltd ("we", "us") is a driving school based in Manchester. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller of the personal information you provide through this website.

When you submit a booking enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and information about your driving experience (including whether you hold a provisional licence and whether a test is booked).

We also collect basic, anonymous usage data — which pages are visited, the referring site, and the device type — so we can understand how people use our website. This data is not linked to your booking enquiry identity.

We use your enquiry details to contact you, arrange lessons, and manage your booking. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract for confirmed bookings and legitimate interest for responding to enquiries.

With your consent, we may contact you about lesson offers. You can withdraw this at any time.

We never sell your data. We share information only with the providers we need to run the school: our payment processor (to collect lesson payments) and our email provider (to send confirmations).

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months if you do not book, and lesson records for up to 7 years where required for tax and accounting purposes.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email us using the contact details above.
